The standard capacity for celebrations is up to 15 people. Of course, upon agreement, we can adapt the space for a larger number of guests, in order to satisfy all your needs and make your celebration unforgettable. The space is fully equipped with furniture for your celebration or vacation.
Kitchen
The modern, fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare a variety of meals and organize lunches and dinners. In the kitchen there is a refrigerator, freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, as well as smaller kitchen appliances. The kitchen opens onto the terrace, which makes it extremely practical for serving meals outdoors. All the necessary utensils for cooking and serving food and drinks are also available, allowing you to feel at home while enjoying your culinary adventures.
Sleeping capacity
The house has two bedrooms , each equipped with a large double bed. In the spacious living room there are two comfortable folding couches , which can be used as additional sleeping places. In total, the house can accommodate up to 6 people , providing maximum comfort and convenience.
Terrace on the Danube
The entire width of the property offers access to the Danube, with an impressive terrace of 50 m2 located just above the water. Equipped with tables, chairs, deckchairs and umbrellas , this terrace offers a perfect space for enjoying and socializing in a pleasant environment. The freshness of the river brings refreshing air and pleasant temperatures even during the hottest days, creating a peaceful haven and the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. We believe that you will enjoy the unforgettable view and the magnificent sunset that stretches over the Danube and the city.
GARDEN
The garden is decorated with a beautiful lawn, enriched with perennial and newly planted plants. A magnificent plane tree over 50 years old, an imposing hazelnut tree over 30 years old, as well as thuja trees that have been decorating the space for more than three decades stand out. Recently planted lavender and rosemary further enrich the space with their beautiful scents, creating an idyllic setting for relaxation and enjoyment.
